Testing Analyst, AVP

Role Overview: As a Testing Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in undertaking testing activities to ensure solutions meet customer needs and business operating principles. You will support testing projects, identify impacts, manage resulting changes, and collaborate with key stakeholders. This role is offered at the associate vice president level. Key Responsibilities: - Support the completion of system integration, user acceptance, and regression testing within release schedule deadlines - Escalate issues identified during testing to ensure adequate resolution or workaround implementation - Proactively identify areas for improvement, escalate through appropriate governance routes, and work with others to ensure client-centric solutions - Provide technical expertise to the department on a daily basis and act as the first point of contact for key issues with internal and external businesses - Highlight software and hardware requirements, ensure the test environment is fit for purpose through smoke or sanity testing - Understand and analyze testing requirements, collaborate with colleagues to plan and manage necessary work for testing projects - Review and provide feedback on project documents to aid in creating test plans, test schedules, and test strategies - Produce test plans detailing the approach to planning and executing tests for a specific testing phase aligned with the test strategy - Establish and nurture relationships to support project momentum throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications Required: - Practical experience in testing design, planning, and execution - Proven application of testing methodologies - Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively plan and prioritize workflow - Experience in automation testing, Java, and UNIX - Experience in non-functional testing including load, volume, stress, security, accessibility, compatibility, penetration, and back-out - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to gather and interpret information from various sources in different ways Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.,
