As a Testing Analyst, you will support the completion of system integration, user acceptance, and regression testing within release schedule deadlines. You will escalate issues identified during testing to ensure adequate resolution or workaround implementation. Proactively identify improvement areas, escalate through appropriate governance routes, and collaborate with others to ensure client-centric solutions. Provide a technical point of reference to the department and act as the first point of contact on key issues with internal and external businesses. Day-to-day tasks include: - Providing support in highlighting all software and hardware requirements and ensuring the test environment is fit for purpose through smoke or sanity testing. - Understanding and analyzing testing requirements, planning, managing necessary work, and monitoring testing for projects. - Reviewing, analyzing, and providing feedback on project documents to aid in creating test plans, test schedules, and test strategies. - Producing test plans detailing the approach to planning and executing tests for a specific phase aligning with the test strategy. - Establishing and building relationships to facilitate goal achievement and project momentum throughout the project lifecycle. Skills required: - Practical experience in testing design, planning, and execution, along with the application of testing methodologies. - Strong organizational skills with effective workflow planning and prioritization ability. - Experience in automation testing, Java, and UNIX. - Experience in non-functional testing like load, volume, stress, security, accessibility, compatibility, penetration, and back-out. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret information from various sources in different ways.,
