Job Title:

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Resiliency Test Engineer to design and execute testing strategies focused on ensuring the reliability of applications, systems, and networks under failure conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute resiliency, recovery, stress, and failure testing strategies.
Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts for fault tolerance and recovery scenarios.
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend system, process, or architectural improvements.
Monitor system behavior during tests and document potential risks and mitigations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in software testing, QA, or systems engineering focused on resiliency.
Strong understanding of system architecture, networking, and database management.
Proficiency in tools like
JMeter, Rational Performance Tester
and scripting languages like
Python, Java
.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Understanding of cybersecurity principles.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
