Test tool and Automation development

You will be part of a 6-month on-the-job training program tailored for career-paused women engineers. As part of this program, you will have the opportunity to restart your career with hands-on experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and tools. - Collaborate with development and QA teams to create comprehensive test plans. - Write and execute automated test scripts to ensure software quality. - Analyze and report test results, track defects, and ensure resolution. - Continuously improve test automation practices and tools. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in test automation. **Qualifications Required:** - Education in Electronics and Communication (EC), Computer Science (CS), or Information Technology (IT). - Minimum 1-year career pause and prior professional experience of at least 2 years. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech/MCA). - Experience in developing test tools and automation frameworks (minimum 2 years, including career break). - Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git). - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
