Test Series Operations Manager

As a Test Series Operations Manager based in NOIDA, your role will involve overseeing the execution and management of test series in various formats like Offline, Computer-based, and Pen-paper. You will be responsible for tracking performance metrics, analyzing data to enhance engagement and student attendance, and implementing improvements based on student feedback to enhance user experience and drive customer satisfaction. Your creative thinking and strategic initiatives will play a crucial role in developing strategies that set our test series apart from competitors, making it more appealing to students. By staying abreast of market trends and student needs, you will be able to recommend enhancements and additions to the test series content. Team management and collaboration are key aspects of your role, as you will be required to train and supervise coordinators on Offline Centres involved in the test series, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to quality standards. You will also be responsible for coordinating with subject matter experts and faculties to maintain high-quality and accurate content across all test formats, ensuring that the content, guidelines, and assessments meet internal quality benchmarks for student preparation. Managing day-to-day operations of the CMS, providing support and training to CMS users, resolving issues, and collaborating with the tech-product team for new feature developments and improvements are also part of your responsibilities. Your expertise in Test Series Management, Team Leadership, CMS Operations, Tech Collaboration, and Process Improvement will be essential in executing and scaling the test series effectively. Additionally, your familiarity with Google Suite, MS Office, Basic Project Management Software, educational assessment tools, CRM software, or e-learning platforms will be advantageous.
