Role & responsibilities

• Technical Leadership

  : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers and testers, fostering a collaborative and environment. high-performance work

• Test Planning:

  Create detailed test plans, including scope, approach, resources, and schedule, ensuring all aspects of testing are covered.

• Test Execution

  : Oversee the execution of test cases, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.

• Defect Management

  : Establish and manage defect tracking processes, ensuring timely resolution and communication of issues to stakeholders.

• Quality Assurance

  : Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in software testing, including automation and continuous integration.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with development, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines.

• Reporting

  : Provide regular status reports on testing progress, issues, and risks to senior management and stakeholders.

• Process Improvement

  : Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electronics & Communication, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in LTE/LTE Adv/5G NR Protocol testing, with at least 5 years in a Test Management role.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications ISTQB Test Management, ISTQB Full advanced. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience on any Protocol Simulators like R&S CMX500 or CMW500.
