Test Manager

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the defect management of various test phases of the programme working with the Test Manager and Test Leads

• Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for ADAS systems, Function , which involves Designing and Owning ADAS Software Integration, SW Test , System Integration Test and System Test.

• Design and implement test automation frameworks.

• Define and refine the best practices, processes, and workflows.

• Ensure alignment of test plans with product requirements and industry standards.

• Oversee the execution of test plans, including functional, performance, and safety tests. • Lead and mentor a team of test engineers.

• Perform hands-on testing when necessary, setting an example for the team.

• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes.

• Identify areas for improvement in testing processes and methodologies.

• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in ADAS testing

• Propose and implement innovative testing solutions

• Will be responsible as a Right Side of the V Model , Expanding ADAS practice by building Assets, Accelerators, PoCs, etc.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field

• Hands on experience in test management, preferably in automotive or ADAS systems

• Expertise in Audio/Microphone Validation, test automation and verification techniques

• Strong knowledge of Functional Safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262)

• Familiarity with automotive standards and regulations

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Proficiency in test management tools and software

• Experience in working with CAN, Ethernet and SOME/IP protocols.

• Experience with sensor technologies (e.g., radar, lidar, cameras) used in ADAS.

• Good working knowledge of C language, CAPL scripting & Python Scripting, Test Management Tools.

• ISTQB Test Manager will be added advantage.

• Good to have experience with CI/CD(e.g.,Github Actions/Docker/Jenkins).

• Good to have experience with Vector Tools(e.g.,CANoe, CANanalyser), dSPACE , HIL
