Test Manager

Job Description

We are looking for Test Manager to lead QA strategy, delivery and automation for our product/platform. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent product quality while collaborating across products, engineering and DevOps teams Job Description: Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools and processes Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and test automation frameworks. Excellent communication, interpersonal & problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Agile or DevOps environments is highly desirable. Relevant testing certifications (ISTQB, CSTE, etc.) are a plus. Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, specifications, and deadlines Coordinate with development teams to prioritize and resolve defects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance and training Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software projects Manage the execution of testing phases, including functional, regression, performance and integration testing Monitor and report on testing progress, defect trends and overall product quality Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness Stay current with industry trends, tools, and methodologies related to software testing and quality assurance Ensure that testing processes adhere to established quality standards and compliance requirements Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and tools
