Job Description

Test Lead / Manager

Location: Hyderabad (Work from office - 5 days)

Shift: 5.00 PM - 3.00 AM

Immediate Joiners only

Skills:

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on both manual and automation testing, and experience in a lead or managerial role.
Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Katalon, Playwright, Appium).
Experience with programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Familiarity with test management tools like Azure DevOps or Meta's internal tracking tools.
Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and monitoring tools (Dynatrace, New Relic) may also be required depending on the role's focus.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies.
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
