Test Lead B/MB/ATM/CMP/SCFU/Pension "5+ Years of total experience with 3+ years as a Test Lead" "Should have passed B.E./B.TECH in any stream. OR MCA/ M.Sc. (IT) /B.Sc. / BCA /B.Com./BBA from any recognized College/University duly approved by AICTE. PLUS 3+ Years of Experience as a Test Lead AND Should have passed/ Should clear ITSQB Foundation Level within three months of joining or its equivalent" "a. Experienced in Web application testing, test plan, test strategy creation, test scenario/case design and execution, defect Management b. Working closely with internal team to understand and fotmulate solution to clients need and interacting closely with client and external developers. Experience in leading a team of 6-8 members c. Experienced in Effort estimation for testing projects d. Understand the application under test, allocation of work and responsibility among test engineers. e. Prepare test strategy document and get sign off. f. Project Co-ordination/Monitor Test Execution. g. Review Business Scenarios and High-level test conditions. h .Prepare Defect Analysis Report. i. Prepare Status reports and MIS reports. j .Prepare Test Closure Report. k. Update daily activities In Daily Status Report"
