Test Lead (Manual Testing)

As a Test Lead at our company, you will be responsible for leading the testing team, defining and executing various testing activities, and ensuring the quality of client/server & web applications. Your role will involve collaborating with different stakeholders to understand business functions and processes, architecting complex test suites, documenting acceptance criteria, and managing defects effectively. Your communication skills will play a crucial role in reporting to higher management and mentoring team members. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Define and understand business functions and processes - Lead and own Manual testing and Automated testing of client/server & web applications - Thorough understanding of different test stages (Component Testing, Acceptance Testing) & test activities (Planning, Specification, Execution) - Test management skills of Documentation standards (Test Plan, Test Condition, Test Cases, Test Procedures, and Test Summary Reports) - Act as a liaison between different stakeholders for analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of case management systems - Architect complex test suites and test product releases - Document acceptance criteria and task estimation for new product development work - Manage defects and analyze test cases prepared by team members - Provide assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching employees on new requirements **Desired Candidate Profile:** - Effectively report the overall status of the team to higher management - 8 - 12 yrs of working experience in software quality assurance - Basic understanding of HTML, .NET, and scripting languages - Working knowledge of SQL and database testing - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes - Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases - Hands-on experience with white box and black box testing - Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and performance testing - Strong Communication Skills (both verbal and written) - Ability to lead, provide direction, prioritize, and organize work based on business needs To know more about us, please visit [Crimsoni](www.crimsoni.com).,
