Test Lead (Manual Testing)

As a Test Lead at our company, you will need to have proven working experience in Software Quality Assurance. Your role will require a strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. You should be well-versed in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. It is essential to have hands-on experience with automated testing tools and performance testing. Additionally, you must have experience in documentation and flow charts. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will be crucial as you will be leading the testing team and providing direction based on the prioritization of business requirements. Your responsibilities will include defining and understanding business functions and processes, leading and owning manual testing and automated testing of client/server and web applications, and having a thorough understanding of different test stages and activities.
