Job Description

8-10 years experienced QA Automation Lead to drive automation strategy Expertise in Robot Framework, Python, Selenium, and functional and api automation, combined with strong leadership skills. Explore and integrate AI powered tools for intelligent test case generation, defect prediction, and automation optimization. Define and implement automation strategies, frameworks, and standards across projects. Drive continuous improvement in automation coverage, efficiency, and scalability. Ensure smooth integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor execution results. Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and coach team members on advanced automation techniques. Prepare and present QA metrics and reports to stakeholders. Proven ability to lead and manage teams, set priorities, and deliver results under tight timelines. Solid understanding of functional, regression, and integration testing. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
