Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the testing efforts for various projects to ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards. This includes overseeing the execution of Manual Data Testing and WebServices Testing in order to identify and resolve defects. You will provide detailed Test Metrics and Reporting to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability. Utilizing SNOW for tracking and managing testing activities and incidents will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will implement and maintain Testing Tools and Frameworks to streamline testing processes. Conducting Manual E2E BPA is essential to ensure comprehensive coverage of business processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams using Rally, HP ALM, and Jira to manage test cases and defects will be part of your daily tasks. Basic Programming skills will be applied by you to create and execute automated test scripts. It is imperative to ensure adherence to testing best practices and methodologies. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding junior testers to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Effective communication with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide testing insights is essential. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in testing tools and techniques will be expected of you. Lastly, contributing to the overall improvement of testing processes and methodologies is a key responsibility. Qualifications: - 8 to 12 years of experience in Manual Data Testing, WebServices Testing, Test Metrics and Reporting, SNOW, Testing Tools and Frameworks, Manual E2E BPA, Rally, HP ALM, Jira, and Basic Programming. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a hybrid work model. - Proactive and detail-oriented approach to testing. Certifications Required: - ISTQB Certified Tester - Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP),
