Job_Description":" Job Title: Test Engineer (Private Cloud, TestRail Experience) Experience Level: 5-6 Years Location: Bengaluru Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Test Engineer with 5-6 years of experience in hardware and software testing, including hands-on expertise with TestRail and a proven track record of working on Private Cloud environments. As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of private cloud architecture, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and execute test cases and test plans for cloud-based native, integrated, with a focus on private cloud infrastructure and platform. Use TestRail for test case management, tracking, and reporting test results to ensure comprehensive coverage and transparency. Perform manual and automated testing for various features, ensuring functionality, performance, and security of private cloud systems. Collaborate closely with the development, DevOps, Delivery and product teams to understand requirements and ensure alignment with test objectives. Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution, ensuring timely fixes and quality improvements. Perform regression testing, integration testing, and system testing to validate new and existing features. Continuously improve test strategies, tools, and processes to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. Provide test metrics, reports, and documentation to stakeholders for progress tracking and decision-making. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5-6 years of experience in software testing with a strong background in Private Cloud infrastructure testing. Proficient in TestRail for test case management, execution, and reporting. Solid understanding of test methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Jenkins). Strong experience with API testing and knowledge of cloud security testing is a plus. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration testing in cloud environments. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team. Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and report test results effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Private Cloud platforms (e.g., VMware, KVM, OpenStack, Azure Private Cloud, K8S, Morpheus). Working knowledge of networking and security protocols in cloud environments. Exposure to performance testing tools and frameworks. ","
