Job Description

As a Test Engineer at our company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your responsibilities will include: - Writing effective test cases to validate the functionality of the software - Ensuring comprehensive test coverage to identify potential issues - Applying knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle - Designing test plans and test cases using appropriate techniques - Reporting and tracking defects, and updating bug statuses - Conducting testing from a customer's perspective - Performing functional, integration, system, regression, and re-testing - Managing defect tracking and lifecycle with various tools - Utilizing different testing techniques such as Black Box testing - Working proficiently in an Agile Environment Additionally, having experience or knowledge in the following areas would be advantageous: - API testing - Database testing - Risk analysis and mitigation - Writing SQL queries in Management Studio To be considered for this role, you should possess: - 1-3 years of experience in manual testing - Certification in manual testing - Familiarity with testing product-based applications - Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Bug Life Cycle - Knowledge of Agile/scrum techniques and RDBMS like Microsoft SQL Server - Awareness of Agile Methodology and Testing Concepts - CSTE/ISTQB certification is a plus - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Self-motivation and a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions to end-users If you are passionate about software testing and have the required qualifications, we encourage you to apply for the Test Engineer position at our company.,
