Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC with respect to Agile, Software Testing Methodology and Tools. Should have strong work experience on all Software Testing Activities: Test Preparation, Test Data Conditioning, Test Execution, Issue Reporting and Tracking the reported issues to closure. Hands-on experience in API Testing using Postman is a Must. Basic understanding and minimal experience on working with JMeter is a must. Working experience on Manual Functionality Testing and Test Automation is preferred. Working experience on Azure Dev Ops from Software Testing perspective is preferred. Should be willing to work on challenging assignments and ambiguous problem areas. Be creative and innovative to improve efficiency and quality of work. Should have the enthusiasm to learn and apply new technological advancements in testing area. Able to provide end to end Testing solution. Strong communication skills and excellent analytical and Problem-Solving skills Self-driven and motivated. Responsibilities: Working within the Engineering team, specifically on the Software Testing of US Residential Mortgage web-based software products and applications Should be able to work on multiple engagements. Design, implement, and enhance the quality process. Should be coaching and mentoring the Junior team members. Work as per the expectations, processes, and quality initiatives defined by the Project Team. Strive continually to improve Software Testing skills Teamwork: Facilitates effective cross functional and cross cultural team interaction Acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions Effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members.
