Position: Test Drive Marshal

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the automobile industry
• Preferred: Background in support roles such as operations, delivery in-charge, etc.

Key Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Skilled in documentation, including checklists and process tracking
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage test drive operations across all dealer branches
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to processes
• Travel to different dealer locations as required
• Promptly escalate and help resolve operational concerns

• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle tasks independently with accountability

Additional Information:

• This role requires willingness to travel to all dealer branches as part of routine operations.
