Test Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Test Delivery & Management





• Manage end-to-end testing programs, including planning, execution, and reporting.


• Lead teams of 25+ testers across functional, automation, and performance testing streams.


• Ensure adherence to testing toll gates, governance processes, and project communication standards.





• Strategy & Planning





• Define test strategy, test plans, and resource allocation for large programs.


• Drive testing estimations using industry-standard approaches and ensure accurate forecasting.


• Establish and monitor testing KPIs and metrics for performance tracking and reporting.





• Governance & Reporting





• Manage monthly and quarterly governance presentations for stakeholders.


• Provide detailed test progress reports, defect metrics, and risk assessments.





• Solutioning & Innovation





• Contribute to RFP solutioning, testing solutions, and automation strategies.


• Oversee automation and performance testing teams and ensure alignment with project goals.





• Methodologies & Tools





• Drive testing in Agile environments, ensuring alignment with sprint cycles and ceremonies.


• Hands-on experience with test management tools and frameworks for manual and automated testing.


• Strong understanding of API testing, mobile testing, and modern testing solutions.

Must-Have Skills

• 12+ years of overall testing experience; 2 3 years as Test Delivery Manager.


• 10+ years in test management, handling teams of 25+ resources.


• Expertise in test strategy, planning, estimation, and resource management.


• Strong knowledge of testing metrics, KPIs, and reporting.


• Experience managing automation and performance testing teams.


• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management.


• Proficiency in Agile methodology and lifecycle concepts.


• Hands-on with test management tools and governance presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to RFP solutioning and testing solutions for large programs.


• Knowledge of manual testing concepts, API testing, and mobile testing.


• Strong presentation and governance reporting skills.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.


• ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification preferred.
