Test Automation

This role requires someone who’s not just technically strong in Selenium and SQL, but also understands how important reliable testing is in the high-stakes world of finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Analyze business requirements, create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Execute automated and manual test cases and report defects using tracking tools.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure
  test coverage and quality.
• Perform backend validation using SQL queries on large datasets.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices and standards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and actively contribute to sprint planning,
  estimation, and retrospectives.
• Support regression testing and CI/CD pipeline integration.

Required Skills:

• 5–8 years of total experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation.
• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Maven, and automation frameworks.
• Strong experience in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation.
• Previous work experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain is mandatory.
• Good understanding of STLC, defect life cycle, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

If You Have:

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
