Job Description

Automation Test Manager

Experience:

Key Responsibilities

Lead automation testing initiatives for a corporate lending/origination platform.
Manage a mid-sized team of testers while being hands-on with automation.
Collaborate with technical stakeholders (developers, architects) and handle pressure situations effectively.
Deliver test management activities including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
Drive quality assurance in fast-paced client environments.

Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on automation experience using
Playwright with Java/Python
(preferred).
Alternatively,
Selenium with Java
experience is acceptable.
Prior experience as
Test Manager
with both technical and managerial responsibilities.
Strong people management skills (80% technical + 20% management blend).
Ability to manage client-side technical stakeholders (developers).

Nice-to-Have Skills

Development background or coding exposure.
Banking domain (Corporate Lending/Loan Origination).
