Test Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain

  Selenium-based automation scripts

  using

  Java

  .


• Design and execute

  manual test cases

  , ensuring full coverage of functional requirements.


• Participate in

  test planning, test design, and defect management

  .


• Analyze automation test results, report issues, and track them to closure.


• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team members to ensure high-quality releases.


• Implement and maintain

  automation frameworks

  (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Maven/Gradle).


• Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).


• Identify test scenarios suitable for automation and ensure maximum automation coverage.


• Work with APIs and perform API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured (preferred).


• Ensure adherence to QA standards, best practices, and process documentation.

• Masters / Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Work Experience Requirements

• 4 to 8 years overall experience



• At least 4 years as Quality Analyst

  working with Development Team
