Must have skills : Performance Testing Strategy Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years of Regular Education Summary :As a Test Automation Engineer, you will transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. You will evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve implementing quality processes, utilizing automation tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Develop and execute automated test scripts using testing frameworks. Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand testing requirements. Identify and document test cases and scenarios based on functional and non-functional requirements. Execute test cases and analyze test results to identify defects and performance issues. Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with the development team to resolve them. Create and maintain test data and test environments. Participate in test planning, estimation, and test strategy discussions. Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and trends. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy. Good To Have Skills:Experience with LoadRunner. Strong understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies. Experience in designing and implementing performance test strategies. Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling. Knowledge of performance monitoring and profiling tools. Ability to analyze performance test results and identify performance bottlenecks. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
