Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

Automation Testing

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement test strategies and frameworks for enterprise-scale applications.
  
• Lead and manage test automation initiatives using modern tools and best practices.
  
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into the QA lifecycle for enhanced productivity and intelligent testing.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including development, DevOps, and business teams to align quality goals.
  
• Mentor and manage a high-performing QA team; conduct performance reviews, capacity planning, and skill development.
  
• Own end-to-end test lifecycle management including test planning, execution, reporting, and defect management.
  
• Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and regulatory standards across test environments.
  
• Continuously evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to drive innovation in QA practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1015 years of experience in QA with at least 3+ years in a lead or managerial role.
  
• Proven expertise in

  Automation Testing

  using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or

  Generative AI

  integration into QA workflows is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and test environments.
  
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing test strategies for large-scale applications.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
