Test Architect

As a Test Architect, you will utilize your deep expertise in Python, Pytest, and Appium to design and lead the implementation of robust test automation frameworks for both mobile and web applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with QA engineers, developers, DevOps, and product teams to ensure that our software consistently meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks using Pytest and Appium. You will be tasked with defining test architecture strategies across UI, API, and performance testing domains, as well as driving continuous integration and test automation strategies within CI/CD pipelines. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding QA engineers and automation developers in best practices, conducting code reviews, and creating reusable test components. Furthermore, you will work hand in hand with development and product teams to define testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage across all levels. As a Test Architect, you will lead root cause analysis for test failures and implement preventive measures to enhance the overall testing process. You will also evaluate and integrate modern testing tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage while developing metrics and dashboards to monitor test effectiveness and product quality trends.,
