Territory Service Representative- PMA

As a Territory Service Representative (Bikers), your primary responsibility will be to handle delivery and pickup tasks efficiently and professionally. For delivery, you will be required to unload the bags from the vehicle, scan the shipments accurately, and perform primary sorting and secondary sorting of the items. Ensuring the shipments are outscanned based on the delivery route and delivering them to the designated addresses are crucial aspects of the role. During delivery, you must obtain an acknowledgment from customers using a device (BYOD) and update the correct status code for undelivered shipments at customer addresses. It is essential to follow the delivery process as briefed during training and hand over any COD amount collected on the same day to the supervisor. In cases of undelivered shipments, prompt handover to the supervisor is required. Maintaining a proper dress code and carrying field bags to all delivery points is mandatory. When it comes to pickups, adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is vital. Timely pickups at customer locations as per the cut-off timing, verifying serviceable locations, and accurately counting the number of shipments at the customer site are part of the pickup process. Acknowledging the pickups on the designated sheet, inscanning the shipments at the office, and handling Rapid entry efficiently are key responsibilities. Moreover, the role involves primary and secondary sorting of shipments, followed by the bagging process. Loading canvas bags into the vehicle and ensuring timely connections at locations are essential for successful pickups.
