Territory Sales Officer

Looking for Sales Officer with Experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in food/snacks/namkeen categories

Salary: 18K-20K + Additional Incentives + Travel Allowances

Location: Jajpur, Phulbani, Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Dhenkanal

Exp: 2–3 years of proven experience in FMCG sales (namkeen/snacks preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned district
• Appoint and manage distributors and retailers
• Ensure product availability and visibility in the market
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales, competition, and pricing
• Collect market feedback and submit timely reports
• Execute promotional activities and local marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams for timely deliveries
• Maintain strong business relationships with trade partners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
