Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed assigned targets. Identify and prioritize potential customers and markets within the territory. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution. Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. Promotion & Marketing: Promote the company’s products or services effectively to drive sales. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent the company and attract leads. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Monitor and analyze territory performance and adjust strategies as needed. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)/Pre-degree Proven minimum 2 year secondary experience in sales, preferably in the same industry (FMCG/Food/Cosmetics). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Candidate from the same work territory Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
