Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Territory Sales Officer who has strong knowledge of the Tiruppur market and excellent relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales operations in Tiruppur and surrounding areas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists
• Ensure product visibility, availability, and placement in key outlets
• Lead and motivate a team of Field Sales Executives
• Take sales orders, follow up on payments, and coordinate with distributors
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
• Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the Sales Head
• Maintain merchandising standards, stock rotation, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 3–5 years of FMCG field sales experience (mandatory)
• Candidates from Tiruppur or nearby districts preferred
• Strong local area knowledge and retailer network
• Willingness to travel across the region
• Confident, self-motivated, and result-driven personality
• Basic skills in mobile-based and Excel-based reporting
