Drive dealer-wise, product-wise, and SKU-wise sales performance.
Explain monthly schemes, offers, and promotions to dealers and contractors effectively.
Support field activities that enhance product visibility and dealer engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, technical, and finance for seamless execution.
Provide market insights, competitor intel, and product feedback to relevant stakeholders.
Track KPIs, prepare daily/weekly reports, and present key updates to management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage field activities independently.
Good understanding of wood finish products (preferred).
Self-motivated with a strong orientation toward achieving sales targets.
2-9 years of relevant experience in sales (preferably in paints, wood finishes, or building materials).
