Territory Sales Manager-Kottayam & Surrounding Areas (FMCG)

As a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) for our company, your key responsibilities will include: - Managing distributor operations, ensuring stock availability, coordinating claims and billing - Achieving monthly sales and collection targets across assigned regions - Developing retail presence and activating new outlets in each market - Training and supporting distributor sales representatives to enhance productivity - Conducting regular market visits to locations such as Pala, Erattupetta, Vaikom, Kumarakom, Cherthala, and other areas - Monitoring competitor activity and providing structured market insights - Maintaining sales reports, daily market summaries, and territory tracking sheets To qualify for this role, you must possess: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive in Field Sales (MANDATORY) - Strong communication, negotiation, and people-handling skills - Valid driving license and willingness for daily field travel - Ability to efficiently manage multiple markets This full-time position offers a salary of 30,000 CTC per month, along with benefits like Provident Fund.
