Territory Sales Manager Field

As a Field Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, ensuring product availability, and executing promotional activities in retail outlets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Visiting retail shops, wholesale outlets, and distributors daily to promote and sell company products, take orders, and execute promotional schemes effectively. - Ensuring product availability and visibility in all retail touchpoints, collecting market orders, and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and influencers. - Expanding outlet coverage by onboarding new retailers, conducting market mapping, route planning, and tracking competition activity and trends. - Maintaining daily visit reports, sharing them with supervisors, reporting sales data, competitor information, route performance, and collecting customer feedback. Your skills and competencies should include strong communication, persuasion, retail sales, and distribution understanding, target orientation, self-motivation, familiarity with local geography and retail market dynamics, and basic smartphone/app usage for reporting. To be eligible for this role, you should be a graduate with at least 2 years of sales experience (FMCG experience preferred), have a two-wheeler for mobility, and be willing to travel extensively in the field.
