Territory Sales Manager / Area Sales Officer / Marketing Officer

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Sales professional to promote and expand our seed business. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing dealer/distributor networks, and building strong relationships with farmers to increase market share.

Responsibilities:

· Promote company’s hybrid and research seed varieties (Paddy, Maize, Cotton, Vegetables, etc.)

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Develop and maintain dealer/distributor and farmer networks.

· Conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and promotional campaigns.

· Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.

· Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for timely supply and payment collection.

· Submit regular market and sales reports.

Requirements:

· B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture or Agri Business Management.

· 3–8 years of experience in seed or agri input sales.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and planning skills.

· Ability to travel extensively and work in rural markets.

· Fluency in local language and basic computer knowledge required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
