Job Purpose: To handle all processes related to acquiring, renewing, and maintaining legal licenses, approvals, and regulatory compliances required for agro-based services, including Seeds, agri-equipment, and warehousing. Key Responsibilities: · Identify and understand all applicable government and agricultural department regulations. · Prepare and submit applications for licenses such as: o Seed License o Warehouse/Cold Storage License (if applicable) · Liaise with government departments (Agriculture Office, Licensing Authorities, etc.). · Maintain proper documentation and records of all licenses and renewals. · Monitor license expiry and ensure timely renewal to avoid penalties. · Coordinate with legal advisors or consultants when required. · Assist other teams in understanding compliance requirements. · Stay updated with changes in licensing regulations or new rules in agriculture sector. Required Skills and Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related fields). · Knowledge of agro-industrial compliance and licensing norms. · Good communication and documentation skills. · Ability to interact with government officials and regulatory bodies. · Proficiency in MS Office and record-keeping tools. · Capable of Liaisoning getting seed licence approval from the Agri Department Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person

Assist in the development of annual and seasonal marketing calendars and ensure timely execution. Coordinate with field teams regularly to gather updates, feedback, and reports. Maintain accurate stock records of promotional materials and monitor usage across regions. Organize and support dealer meetings , farmer interactions , exhibitions, and other promotional events. Collect, compile, and analyze field activity reports for marketing performance evaluation. Prepare presentations, performance reports , and insights for management review. Serve as a communication bridge between marketing, sales, and external vendors/agencies. Ensure timely dissemination of marketing updates, product information , and campaign messages to relevant stakeholders.
