Job Description

The incumbent would be responsible for the following: A. Achieve Kitchen annual business objective for the zone 1) Achieve Billed Sales 2) Handle project enquiries & Institutional business for Kitchens 3) Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope 4) Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. 5) Conduct site visits to ensure standards and schedules are met 6) Outstanding collections on time B. Business vide direct projects/institutions or retailing in projects 1) Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience at Project Sites 2) Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects 3) Conduct site visits to ensure standards and schedules are met 4) Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information 5) Provide insights for business growth and improvement 6) Resolve issues and concerns in a timely manner C. Handling Gem enquiries/AID community 1) Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on Tenders. 2) Manage relationships between clients and Architects 3) Upload and manage product catalogues 4) Ensure accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing 5) Process and manage orders received through the portal 6) Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment 7) Manage payment processing and reconciliation 8) Ensure secure and accurate payment transactions D. Manage relationships between clients and Architects 1) Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements. 2) Monitor and ensure client satisfaction with architectural services 3) Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly 4) Manage client expectations regarding project scope, budget, and timelines 5) Set realistic expectations and negotiate when necessary 6) Facilitate compromise and find mutually beneficial solutions 7) Encourage trust, respect, and open communication 8) Ensure fair and transparent commercial dealings 9) Identify and mitigate risks in client-architect relationships Develop strategies to minimize potential issues
