Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Deliver primary and secondary sales targets in respect of volume, value, product/SKU market mix
Drive outlet coverage, availability and visibility
Ensure visibility of company products in stores shelves
Implement and administer sales systems, reporting, distributor policies, stock norms, application of credit and discounts, billing and collections
Develop short term and long term sales objectives through effective use of sales data
Application of structured selling process and negotiation techniques to achieve the business targets
Esnure closure to grievances immediately
Collaborate with the sales team to develop, implement and drive results increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency for sales workforce
Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment

Designing and developing an assessment matrix to enhance sales capabilities and organizational effectiveness

Preferred candidate profile

Sales value and volume
Cost of sales
Collections
Outlet coverage
Visibility, Availability and freshness of stocks
Market returns as a percentage of sales

Education and qualification

4+ years of Sales and distribution in FMCG organization
Exposure to markets of the HQ location

IT literate with basic fundamentals of MS Office and Internet Explorer
