Territory Sales Engineer

As a Territory Sales Manager based in Coimbatore, your primary responsibility will be to achieve ABP targets for your designated territory either directly or through the dealer network. You will be expected to ensure market coverage across different geographies and industrial segments to analyze key market trends. Monitoring lead generation to maintain a healthy enquiry pipeline is crucial for meeting sales targets. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities for upgrades and improvements at existing plants. Concept selling and driving new product or application sales will also be part of your responsibilities. You will need to develop and generate business through identified OEMs, Key Accounts, Channel Associates, and Consultants to secure additional business opportunities. To excel in this position, you should possess strong verbal and oral communication skills, along with exceptional interpersonal skills. Being adept at organizing and planning is essential, and you must demonstrate a process and result-oriented approach with excellent analytical abilities. In terms of functional requirements, you should have in-depth product and application knowledge, particularly in Boilers and Heaters. Previous experience in Boiler, Heat Exchanges, and Steam Engineering Products such as Valves will be advantageous. A willingness to travel is also necessary to fulfill the demands of this role effectively.
