Job Description

Role Overview: As a Branch Manager, your primary role will be to enable the achievement of key business outcomes by focusing on building a quality Agency through quality hires and skilling. You will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to all statutory and compliance requirements and driving the people agenda to enable the achievement of people outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Own the business plan for the branch, including top-line and bottom-line targets for the team - Internalize the management philosophy and business strategy of the company and drive it in the branch - Engage, motivate, and ensure the productivity of the existing team of Agents by building strong relationships with them - Constantly induct, activate, and ensure the productivity of new Agent Advisors for the team - Drive incentive schemes to ensure that the income of Agency managers and Agent Advisors exceeds benchmarks - Recruit quality resources such as Unit Managers and Agency Managers - Set goals for all Agency Managers in the region and regularly review, monitor, and mentor them to ensure goal achievement - Provide regular training to the team to equip them with necessary skill sets for optimal performance - Ensure adherence to the defined sales process of the company - Identify and groom future leaders within the team - Identify potential business opportunities in the branch jurisdiction and appoint Agents to procure business - Own the resource and expense budget for the Branch and drive R&R schemes floated by the HO - Design and implement branch-level R&R and marketing activities - Support Unit Managers and Agents in liaison with the HO for addressing their requirements and concerns - Ensure compliance with all regulatory norms and company guidelines - Maintain the expense ratio of the Branch within the defined budget - Maintain a win-win relationship with other channels Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in branch management or related field - Strong leadership and team-building skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of sales processes and business expansion strategies - Ability to drive business outcomes and ensure compliance with regulations (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
