Territory Manager-On Premise

As the Territory Manager On-Premise for Brown-Forman Brands in Mumbai, India, your role is crucial in leading the commercial operations and driving profitable growth in the region. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing strong partnerships with customers to identify objectives and opportunities. - Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills for discussing business issues and creating actionable plans. - Building collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. - Achieving brand distribution and visibility objectives aligned with organizational goals. - Working closely with the distribution team to meet regional budgets and execute specific secondary placement targets for each brand. - Conducting regular customer visits, building relationships at all levels, and identifying new business opportunities. - Implementing and evaluating promotional activities in On-Premises outlets according to the annual plan and guidelines. - Providing training on B-F Brands and conducting training for customers and distributor partner staff. - Managing POS material, distributing, and tracking it for all brand activities. - Compiling monthly reports on competitor activities and managing the brand promotion budget for the territory. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong knowledge of the On-Premise Business in Mumbai city market, especially in western suburbs, Central Mumbai & South Mumbai with work experience in alcobev preferred. - Fluency in spoken and written English. - Aptitude to learn quickly and apply learning to tasks. - Ability to work under minimal supervision, showing initiative and independent judgment. - Skill in developing and maintaining effective work relationships. - Willingness to travel within the market and region. - Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative matrix and drive results.
