Territory Manager-Credit Cards

The Territory Manager-Credit Cards at our Retail Banking unit will play a crucial role in expanding the Credit Card lending business within a designated area. By efficiently delivering banking services to customers through the use of cost-effective technology, you will collaborate closely with various teams including Product Head, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, and BIU. Your primary objective will be to ensure a seamless customer experience, positioning IDFC First as their primary banking choice. Your responsibilities will include acquiring Credit Card customers in the identified segment, growing the AUM base for Credit Card lending solutions, and meeting revenue, cost, profitability, and portfolio quality targets. Working in conjunction with the Product Head Credit Cards, you will offer customers top-notch funding solutions and incentivize key DSTs appropriately. Minimizing delinquency and rejection to maintain a quality portfolio will also be a key focus area. Having extensive knowledge of retail assets, products, and operations will be essential for identifying market trends, developing channels for business acquisition, and delivering high-quality customer service. Designing a customer journey that leads to delight and positions IDFC First as the preferred banking partner is crucial. Additionally, ensuring compliance with internal regulations and frameworks will be part of your responsibilities. In a managerial capacity, you will be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent for key roles within your reporting structure. Success in this role will be measured by metrics such as Increased Profitability, Assets Under Management (AUM), Portfolio Quality, Total Number of Customers, and Number of Customer Acquisitions.
