Job Description

Your role involves ensuring profitable revenue growth in the designated territory through the effective implementation of the Company Sales Strategy via Distributors (DBs). This includes preparing Distributor Business Plans, setting sales targets, and reviewing performance to provide direction and guidance. You will coordinate with marketing for field activation and special interventions to enhance market share. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Distributor Business Plans and set sales targets with DB principals - Review performance with DB and sales team to provide guidance - Coordinate with marketing for field activation and special interventions - Train M&M and DB sales personnel, develop competent Mahindra MSRs and DSRs - Drive organizational initiatives with execution excellence - Improve territory coverage through mapping, identifying grey areas, and appointing new distributors - Conduct field visits to promote Mahindra Genuine Spares and other products - Ensure compliance with organizational norms and processes - Organize field activities, campaigns, and meets to drive secondary sales - Identify and appoint Exclusive Retail Stores for Mahindra Genuine Spares - Review Mahindra contract sales team on key parameters - Address distributor problems and complaints in a timely manner - Collaborate with Zonal Spares Manager, Area Office, and Spares team to meet territory goals You should have proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and forecasting. Knowledge of SAP is preferred. Qualification Required: - MBA or Bachelor of Engineering/BTech General Experience: - 6-10 years of experience - Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies - Experience in channel development, distribution, and customer relationship management - Experience in managing and directing a sales team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Dedication to providing great customer service - Excellent commercial acumen Skill Set: - Sales negotiation skills and basic financial knowledge - Ability to drive to achieve targets and handle teams - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and a regional language ,
