In this role, your core responsibilities will include achieving division-wise primary targets, ensuring they are equal to or greater than secondary targets, and maximizing prescriptions to increase market share. You will be responsible for avoiding stock expiry on stockist shelves through timely liquidation of stocks via prescription generation. Sharing competitor and market information with the ABM and Division, building relationships with customers and stockists, and prioritizing and meeting doctors appropriately are key aspects of this role. You will collaborate with managerial, marketing, and support functions to engage effectively with important customers and strengthen relationships. Monitoring new product introductions, stocking as per plan, and reporting fieldwork on a daily basis are also vital components of this position. Additionally, organizing camps (CME) in alignment with the division's strategy and customer needs, as well as generating POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan, are essential responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 2 years of experience. However, freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may also be considered. A B.Sc. or B.Pharma qualification is required for this position.,
