Territory Business Manager- Diabetes Primus

Your core responsibilities in this role will include achieving division-wise primary targets that equal or surpass secondary goals. You will be tasked with generating maximum prescriptions to increase market share and ensuring zero cases of stock expiry through timely stock liquidation by driving prescription generation. Sharing competitor and market insights with the Area Business Manager and Division, building strong relationships with customers and stockists, prioritizing doctor engagements effectively, and leveraging managerial and marketing support functions for customer engagement are key aspects of this position. It will be essential to plan and monitor new product introductions, ensure appropriate stocking as per plan, and track sales progress. Timely communication about new products to stockists, reporting daily field work in the designated online system, organizing camps (CME) as per divisional strategy and customer needs, and generating purchase orders for Abbott brands in alignment with the business plan will also fall under your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 2+ years of relevant experience. However, individuals with a background in B.Sc. or B.Pharma and strong communication and analytical skills may also be considered, even if they are fresher in the industry.,
