Job Description

You will be responsible for managing and growing sales for our FMCG products as a Territory Business Executive. Your role will involve handling distributors and retailers, driving sales targets, ensuring market visibility, and maintaining strong customer relationships within the assigned territory. Your key responsibilities will include achieving monthly sales and revenue targets, managing the distributor and retailer network effectively, ensuring product visibility and availability in the market, implementing trade promotions and schemes, conducting regular market visits and competitor tracking, as well as building and maintaining strong client relationships. To excel in this role, you should possess strong negotiation and communication skills, have a good knowledge of FMCG sales and distribution, demonstrate the ability to work independently and achieve targets, and exhibit team-leading capabilities. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, life insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred for this role, and the work location will be in person.,
