Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and reviewing government and private tenders through portals (e.g., GEM, e-procurement, etc.).
• Preparing and submitting technical & commercial bids within deadlines.
• Coordinating with internal departments for documentation, compliance, and approvals.
• Maintaining and updating tender trackers, MIS reports, and follow-ups.
• Building client relationships and assisting in sales inquiries.
• Supporting negotiation, order finalization, and post-bid clarifications.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Diploma in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or sales support.
• Familiar with GEM portal and e-tendering process.
• Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and documentation skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
