1. Candidate has 10 to 15 years of relevant experience (Solar EPC, Power, Infra sector preferred).
2. Location flexibility: Hyderabad-based or willing to relocate.
3. Previous role at Manager/AGM/GM level (not too junior).
1. Proven experience in end-to-end tendering (from opportunity identification to submission).
2. Exposure to MW-scale tenders (PSU, NTPC, SECI, DISCOMs, State Nodal Agencies).
3. Familiar with RESCO and EPC bidding models.
4. Track record of winning bids or preparing competitive pricing structures.
1. Strong knowledge of PQ eligibility criteria (technical & financial).
2. Experience in red flag risk identification (timeline, budget, PQ mismatch).
3. Ability to coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams.
4. Hands-on with BoQ, DPR, bid documents, and financial modeling.
1. Established contacts in government, PSU, or large private clients.
2. Experience in handling post-bid clarifications & negotiations.
3. Past exposure to JV/consortium documentation for large tenders.
1. Managed a team of tender executives/engineers.
2. Good analytical and documentation skills.
3. Strong communication & negotiation ability.
4. Leadership mindset able to mentor and drive a team.
2. Certifications in Contracts, Project Management, or Finance (preferred, not mandatory)
