Job Title: Tendaring officer

Qualification: -

• Manage the tendering process for pharmaceutical projects, including understanding project requirements, preparing necessary documents, and meeting submission deadlines. Analyze tender documents and perform a thorough review to identify risks, opportunities, and requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Preparing documentation: Compiling technical, commercial, and legal documents for tender submissions
• Ensuring compliance: Making sure all tender documents meet client requirements and internal quality standards
• Maintaining records: Keeping accurate records of all tender documents and submissions
• Screening tenders: Screening tenders from registered sites and the GEM portal
• Creating quotations and schedules: Making quotations and tender schedules

Other responsibilities :

• Leading the pre-tender stage for government tenders
• Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and preferences
• Implementing departmental CES action plan
• Coordinating and communicating with stakeholders
• Analyzing tender requirements and developing solutions

Tendering is a formal and competitive process for purchasing products like medicines or vaccines. The process is based on predetermined criteria, such as price, product quality, and value for money.

Salary : As per experience & competetacy.

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years experience of Tendaring

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,234.45 - ₹46,545.63 per month
