TENDERING HEAD

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for studying the BOQ (Bill of Quantity) in alignment with tender specifications and extracting quantities from drawings. Your role will involve preparation and certification of RA bills, along with identifying and preparing extra items as required. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing monthly reconciliation statements for material balances, verifying certified RA bills, and maintaining billing records including the Measurement book. Key Responsibilities: - Study the BOQ as per tender specifications and extract quantities from drawings - Prepare and certify RA bills - Identify and prepare extra items - Maintain monthly reconciliation statements for material balances - Verify certified RA bills - Maintain billing records and Measurement book - Conduct material reconciliation - Track daily progress reports - Prepare and reconcile sub-contractor and client bills - Ensure proper and error-free billing entry - Handle Debit Note process for recovery against rework/faulty work Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in quantity surveying or a related field - Knowledge of construction billing processes and procedures - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in relevant software applications,
