Job Description

As a Quantity Surveyor, your role involves studying the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) in line with tender specifications and extracting quantities from drawings. You will also be responsible for preparing and certifying RA bills, identifying and preparing extra items, and creating monthly reconciliation statements for material balances. Your duties will include verifying certified RA bills, maintaining billing records, and overseeing the Measurement book. Material reconciliation, tracking daily progress reports, and sub-contractor/client bill reconciliation are also part of your responsibilities. It is crucial to ensure accurate entry of bills and handle debit notes for recovering costs related to rework or faulty work from contractors based on site recommendations.,
