Tender Quotation Specialist

You will be responsible for managing tenders prepared from the IN Operation Center by obtaining inputs from various team stakeholders following the LOM Tendering process. You will collaborate with the Operating Units tendering team to gather necessary information and support the sales strategy. Understanding the sales process, tools, market intelligence, and sales drive will be essential in facilitating the capture team selling process. Your role will involve assessing pre-qualification requirements, assisting the Sales team in Bid/No Bid decisions, and creating and reviewing Tender Solution Strategies. Target pricing discussions with Operating units will be part of your responsibilities. You will need to have a thorough understanding of Single Line Diagrams, Equipment Arrangement Layouts, and reviewing proposals for optimized and customized solutions for substation tenders (AIS, GIS, Hybrid). Verifying technical data sheets of primary equipment and collaborating with SCM for vendor offer evaluations will be crucial. You will be required to analyze the risk probability and severity of tenders from technical, commercial, and contractual perspectives and drive mitigation strategies, liaising with different disciplines. Additionally, you will review cash flow documents, consider inputs from Contracts & legal teams, and make conclusive decisions during submissions. Ensuring complete documentation for respective tenders as per client requirements and handing over awarded projects to project managers will be part of your direct responsibilities.
